We have temporary closed the osteopathic side of the practice for approximately 6 weeks due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We are offering free Telehealth consultations for existing and new patients with acute or persisting symptoms during this period. Please call if you would like to talk to our osteopath or require further health advice.
Be assured that health and safety is our top priority and new clinical procedures will be in place when the government deem it is safe to reopen.
Future consultations will be screened for signs of fever and illness before being permitted attendance at the clinic. Do not attend if you think you have symptoms of coronavirus or have come into close contact with someone who has, call the NHS helpline 111for advice.
All staff will be wearing personal protective equipment to ensure the safe application of manual therapy.
Only one patient will be permitted to attend the practice at a time.
Hand sanitiser is available in the waiting room area and should used prior to consultation.
Clinic rooms have been changed to allow deep cleaning of all contact surfaces, with a new hand wash station installed.
Counselling therapy sessions are currently being conducted via telephone and video calls like Zoom,Skype and Facetime.
